
Ludmila Dimitrova – world leading Rhythmic Gymnastics choreographer and coach – invites you to the 22nd Summer International Training Camp 2026 in Moscow.
The Training Camp will take place in Moscow – Russia from 29nd of June till 22nd of July 2026.
The 2026 International Training Camp is very important for all age groups.
PARTICIPANTS
Gymnasts of different ages from 8 to 15 years old and older can take part in the Training Camp.
Parents are welcome on the Camp.
Coaches – without gymnasts – who want to improve their qualifications are also welcome in the Training Camp.

The Moscow School of Olympic Reserve is a state budgetary professional educational institution of the elite type. This is a unique educational institution, combining a state educational institution and a center for training sports reserves in Olympic sports. The founder of the Institution is the city of Moscow.
The functions and powers of the founder of the Institution are exercised by the Moscow Department of Sports.

TRAINING SCHEDULE
TRAINING CAMP GOALS
Learning basic techniques and mastering higher level of performance, specific features of the technique, mastered by Lucy Dimitrova. Observation and analysis of existing compositions.
Includes training with elements of rhytmic gymnastics from basic to high level – jumps, pirouettes, balances, pirouettes with different types of steps, waves, pre-acrobatics and more.
Working with all apparatus – rope, ball, hoop, clubs, ribbon.
Special technique with the indicated rhythmic gymnastics apparatus – risks, rolls, interesting elements and everything specific to the given apparatus.
Artistry – the main topic will be developed and explained to gymnasts and coaches. Dances and general physical elements for endurance. Psychological preparation for training and preparation for competitions.
Open discussions with coaches and parents. Lucy Dimitrova shares her experience and knowledge of compositions that place her in a leading position in the world.
TRAINERS
LUDMILA DIMITROVA
Ludmila Dimitrova started her carrier as a gymnast in Bulgaria, which became one of the leading countries in Rhythmic Gymnastics for many decades to come.
After finishing her carrier as an athlete, she went on to study in the world renown National Sports Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria, which produced many of the world’s best coaches.
She graduated from NSA at the top of her class and went on to begin her carrier as a coach. After some 36 years of practice, Ludmila did become one of the world’s leading coaches in Rhythmic Gymnastics and was a national coach in Bulgaria for 16 years.
In the mid 1990’s she was invited by another world leading coach Irina Viner to start working with the Russian national team, where she works to this present day.
Simultaneously she was also working with the national teams of Canada for 10 years and Spain for 3 years. In addition she was invited to work
in more than 50 countries, such as Australia, Austria, Brazil, New Zealand,Cyprus, France, Greece, Germany, Venezuela, Belgium, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Monaco, USA, Brazil, South Korea and China, just to name a few.
Her gymnasts include names such as Dimitrinka Todorova, Bianka Panova, Yana Chaschina, Vera Sesina, Olga Kapranova, Alia Garaeva, Yana Batyrchina, Amina Zaripova, Natalia Lipkovskaya, Alina Kabaeva, Aleksandra Soldatova, Emilie Livingston, Evgenia Kanaeva, Carolina Rodriguez, Jennifer Colino, Daria Kandakova, Aliya Yussupova, Almudena Cid Tostado
and many other Olympic, World, European, Pan American champions.
As already said Ludmila (Lucy) Dimitrova is working with the Russian national team to this present day
and you were able to see some of her choreography at the 2016 Rio Summer Olympic Games and the following World Championships and Grand Prixs.
Her choreography will be also featured in the big championships to come.

The tuition fee is 400 euro per week. For a period of one month – available discount. For more participants from the same club – available discount.
