Schedule
Day 1:
14.0 – 15.00 Technique and body control. Basic technique and gradual
transition to complex body technique (varieties of balance, pirouette,
steps before jumps, positioning of hands during jumps, various types of
pre-acrobatic elements in rhythmic gymnastics, etc.).
15.00 – 16.00 Hoop, includes basic technique, high-level technique,
development of interesting elements with the hoop and various risks that
are included in the composition. At the end, you can ask your questions.
16.00 – 17.00 Skipping rope, includes basic technique, high-level
technique, development of interesting rope elements and various risks
that are included in the composition. At the end, you can ask your
questions.
17.00 – 19.00 Analysis of compositions with a hoop. 2-3 gymnasts will
show their compositions, Lyusi Dimitrova will analyze the compositions.
Day 2:
14:00– 15.00 Ball, includes basic technique, high-level technique,
development interesting elements with a ball and various risks that are
included in the composition. At the end, you can ask your questions.
15.00 – 16.00 Clubs, includes basic techniques, high-level techniques,
development of interesting elements with clubs and various risks that
are included in the composition. At the end, you can ask your questions.
16.00 – 17.00 Ribbon, includes basic technique, high-level technique,
development of interesting elements with the ribbon and various risks
that are included in the composition. At the end, you can ask your
questions.
17.00 – 19.00 Composition analysis, Lucy Dimitrova will analyze the
compositions.
The master class can be attended by both athletes and coaches. So they
can learn from Lucy Dimitrova, who has many years of experience with
Olympic, World, European, American, National Champions and many other
athletes of all ages and levels. You will also learn many secrets of the
sport. In addition, Lucy Dimitrova has a great influence on the current
rules and directions of rhythmic gymnastics. Lucy Dimitrova led the
national teams of Bulgaria, Canada, Russia and Spain, more information

Lucy Dimitrova will be present for additional days for those wishing to
work individually, creating new routines or correcting existing ones.
